• Memory (RAM) – A minimum of 512 MB
• Storage – A minimum available space of 512 MB on your hard disk, cloud location, and so on.

• For Existing Users: If you already have a version of TallyPrime installed on your computer, then the Setup Manager will detect the last installation and facilitate the update process. With just a few clicks, you can transition to TallyPrime while retaining your existing configurations, ensuring continuity in your operations.
• For New Users: If you are using TallyPrime for the first time, the Setup Manager will ensure a smooth installation process. Simply double-click the setup.exe file, follow the prompts, and within moments, you will be ready to start your journey with TallyPrime.
